WebIS has taken that same software concept to deliver Bogle 411 for Windows Mobile 5.0. It's a free application, which you can download from <a href="http://download.pocketinformant.com/Bogle/PocketBogle.exe">here</a>. Note that the <a href="http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=9655156b-356b-4a2c-857c-e62f50ae9a55&displaylang=en">.NET Compact Framework 2.0</a> is a requirement.

We're going to kill the need for CF 2.0 sometime next week (and simply leverage CF 1.0)
This looks interesting!

It won't work with Windows Mobile 2003 SE?

It won't work with Windows Mobile 2003 SE?
It's supposed to, in a future release. That's why I'm interested in it - I'm still running WM2003.

Is this supposed to be something like Directory Assistant on Palm OS?

According to an email from WebIS, they had a server loss that resulted in them losing Bogle 411. Here is the email I received:
Greetings and thank you for contacting us.
A couple days ago our dedicated download server was taken offline due to the company that was hosting it going bankrupt. We just found out on Friday and as a result all content on that server was lost. We have been slowly rebuilding the content of that server, but anything that was not in a released state is simply not going to be there until we get to the next milestone.
Unfortunately items like Bogle411 that were done as a quick freeware *years ago* before our current SVN source checkin and backups simply are lost forever. We have no source to it anymore.
We appreciate having the opportunity to help and service you. Please let us know if there is anything more we can do.
Since they specifically state that Bogle411 is freeware, I was wondering if anyone has a copy of it lying around that they wouldn't mind posting or sending to me. You can contact me through my webpage at http://contact.marcbressman.com. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I think I found it (available here: http://web.archive.org/web/*/http://download.pocketinformant.com/Bogle/PocketBogle.exe), but when I copy the .exe file to my Treo 700wx and attempt to run it, nothing happens. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Seems like that one at the above link doesn't quite work, but I'm now in possession of one that does...contact me if you'd like it.
