Just hit the link. There are screenshots of it on the website. Be aware, it's got a fairly large footprint (about 5mb on my 6315), and takes a while to get used to. It does look nice, though, and you can really impress other PPC users with the interface, cuz it looks EXACTLY like you're running XP.

This is actually quite common - what happens is that the installer includes multiple versions of the program to cater for different OS i.e. WM2003SE, Pocket PC 2002, or Pocket PC (which could also include ARM, MIPS, or SH2, SH3 or SH4 versions). That way, whichever OS and chipset you are using, there's a version that will (generally) be automatically selected and work for you - reduces confusion on the users part about which version to download and install.

I had it running in my start-up menu for a while, but I got tired of having to go the extra step of going back to the today screen to get other programs running. I'm impressed with it though, and hope someone can pick up development. I love their statement though:
After many years of serving the Windows Mobile community we feel that at this point in time WM devices can't handle the next level we want to take our software.
