I have O2 XDA ATOM , when I start the phone olny O2 appears and phone can't start. How to solve this software fault?

This is generally caused when you or some application messes or grapples with the registry. So, I guess that hard reset is the only option. It would be nice if you have a fairly resent backup of everything
