active sync via wi fi

I don´t know how to sync via wi fi my 3115 to my desktop pc. Can anyone tell me all the steps that i need to do to do that? Active Sync is well, the pocket pc is well, is just that i don´t now where is the option in my iPAQ

Nope, they didn´t work. That´s the reason why i´m asking now for an step to step guide... i remember doing wi fi sync on my old 3715, but i just don´t remember what to do on my ipaq.... i don´t need to setup a network, just sync.
