What do you think about HP iPAQ hw6515 ?

First of all, i want to buy some gadget that has GPS, GSM, BLUETOOTH, WLAN, CAMERA...

Do you know which ppc-s have all that???

HP iPAQ hw6515 has all of that, except wlan.
But, i don't like it because it has a keyboard.
