ipaq rx3715 problem software

I just bought an ipaq rx 3715 and I have a problem: when I want to access files from Ipaq file store ,to move a file in other folder for example,my Ipaq crash.I made a soft reset, a hard reset but...nothing.

Unfortunately, some rx3715's have an issue with the File Store locking up unexpectedly.

You can update your device with the latest ROM (http://h18007.www1.hp.com/support/files/HandheldiPAQ/us/download/22474.html) to see if it corrects the issue.

If not, your best option would be to contact HP, let them know you have a defective unit, and hopefully, they'll replace it for you.

If you didn't soved the problem might be useful to know whether you have the ipaq file store full (or almost). If yes, then the problem is not that complicated. If not, then I think you have to discuss with HP guys.
