Does anyone know a program for changing Icons on windows mobile 2003SE?

What exactly do you mean by changing icons? For icons displayed by links, it's a fairly straightforward (if time-intensive) process. Most prgram launchers will let you do it - within their program only, of course, e.g. iLauncher, cLaunch.
