I have been having problems alliging my display screen. Over the past few weeks the alignment has been off about 1/4 inch in some places on the screen, while other areas were bang on. The align screen program runs in continual loop. Now there is NO responce from any tap anywhere. After much research I have concluded that I need and therefore ordered a new Touch Screen Assembly ($85). Hopefully that will solve the problem.
After several resets (hard & Soft)and bypassing the welcome screen. The display does not show the today screen: The screen is all white other then the blue bar at the top (displaying windows logo, start, and time) and the keyboard symbol in the bottom right corner.
Have I corrupted some part of my windows program, perhaps in the start up folder?
In the past I was able to access the start menu by pressing the Calendar (task) button and the bottom part of the toggle button. Nothing happens now.
FYI:I am running Windows 2002, ROM 1.11
