Currently I'm using an iPAQ 4155 made by HP. I have a SanDisk Ultra II 2GB SD card in the expansion slot.

I know you asked about Phone Editions, but I just wanted to be apart.
Toshiba e830
Audiovox SMT5600
Perhaps together they equate to a Phone Edition :)

I carry my O2 XDA IIi (with a 1GB SD card, and a 64MB backup-only card) everywhere I go. Use it mostly for Browsing & Email, Multimedia and well... a little work. Don't use the phone part much, tho. I use my Nokia N70 for taking and making calls. The O2 just doesn't cut it as a phone. I've got the N70 and O2 on two different networks, so the O2's phone thingy is mostly backup. I bought a PPC-PE 'cause I need a standalone device for browsing and email - I have an unlimited GPRS plan on the O2.
