Ballmer's webcast is set for 5:00AM PST, February 14. You'll be able to tune into one of three webcasts: <a href="http://metahost.savvislive.com/microsoft/20060214/3gsm_kenote_20060214_56.asx">56kbps</a>, <a href="http://metahost.savvislive.com/microsoft/20060214/3gsm_kenote_20060214_100.asx">100kbps</a>, and <a href="http://metahost.savvislive.com/microsoft/20060214/3gsm_kenote_20060214_300.asx">300kbps</a>. From experience, I feel the 100kbps presentation works best, though your mileage may vary.

As a test I tried the 300k stream on my sprint 6700 over EvDO and it worked flawlessly. I was surprised there was no buffering or other issues.
