If the theme page states that it is compatible with Windows Mobile 5.0, then yes.

If the theme page doesn't mention Windows Mobile 5.0, then it will still work to an extent. After applying the theme, you may notice that some elements (such as the title bar and soft key bar) won't change to their designated colour. Other elements (such as the background) will still change over as expected.
