Or how about some info about the problem?? Is this even PocketPC related? It says, "I need to talk to someone who lives in Miami."

EDIT: For the sake of "completeness," the subject line says "Urgent Help." I don't see how that would help anyone with assisting this fellow, but now you know. :)
