Flash Dash on wm5 vga

I can't get Flash dash theme to install on my Dell
any body can help?

Are you talking about the theme, or the program? If the former you need to purchase and install this first:

as well as the Macromedia flash player:

http://www.gigabytesol.com/dlflash.htm

Note that WM5 is not yet supported.
