Is it possible to have the name of the shortcut showing with either Spb Pocket Plus or iLauncher? I have some medical programs from Skyscape which all have the same icons so it's a bit hard to distinguish them on the today screen with just their icons.

I'm not sure about iLauncher, but I know Pocket Plus does not yet support shortcut labels. But, why not assign each shortcut a different icon? In Pocket Plus, tap-and-hold on a shortcut, and select Change Icon.

Do you need labels for documents?

If yes, you can usee free "Spb Folder" plug-in for Spb Pocket Plus:

Spb Folder plug-in shows documents from a selected folder. You can customize it to show only certain types of the documents (only Pocket Word and Pocket Excel documents, for example). It also allows customizing the number of columns and rows.

Of course, you can place documents as shortcut icons in Spb Pocket Plus without any plug-in, but Spb Folder provides three additional features you may find useful:
• File name
• Auto-refresh
• Rename/Delete
