(<b>Post-Edit</b>: I may have spoken too soon as it appears that this support page may have been taken down)<br /><br />You can probably expect the following specifications (based on the O2 XDA Atom): Windows Mobile 5, Intel PXA272 416MHz CPU, 64MB RAM/128MB ROM, 2.7" QVGA display, 2mpx camera, Tri-Band GSM (my guess will be 850 support instead of 900), WiFi 802.11b, Bluetooth, mini-SD slot, FM radio.

That might be right. I was basing my conjecture based on the current specs I've seen for the Atom outside the US.

Strangely enough, it looks like HP has taken down their support page...
