Skype Download page still indicates this as a Beta release. The post here indicates it is final release? Any idea which one is right? Thanks

Follow what the Skype page says. In fact, I've not actually indicated in my post that this is a final release. Skype for Pocket PC has carried the beta tag for many months, so you should still treat it as a beta. But, do note that the beta release replaced the "final" release many months ago.
