Free BASIC PPC compiler?

Anybody know of a free BASIC compiler for PPC under 5 MB? (running on an iPaq H3100 with only 16 MB, it's tough, I know)

And, if possible, a BASIC tutorial ebook?

I think there is. Check out www.freewareppc.com. Go to the Utilities category and then the development category. eBook for BASIC? I don't know of any. C# is a good easy to learn language as well. Some publishers out there sell eBook versions of their books as well. I know Apress does, and all of them at half the price of their paperback version.
