I think it depends on which model you are talking about. If you want a current model it may be difficult, but you can probably find a reasonable deal on a previous generation used model via eBay.

In the US, T-mobile is said to be releasing the equivalant of the i-mate K-jam within the next 60 days. I suspect buying one locked to T-mobile with a contract will allow for the best price as T-Mobile will subsidize the price in those conditions.

On ebay, you can get the k-jam from 340€ there's a portuguese guy that is selling 3 or 4 units by the auction mode and there's only 2 days left to go.
