Assigning a button to take you straight to the programs screen

I was wondering whether anybody new of a way of assigning to a button to go straight to the "programs" screen. (Not using explorer; ie so that you get the programs folder up as if you hit start programs)

This is not really the same thing, but check out Conduits Pocket Launcher (tab interface and can be assigned to hardware button; it can even integrate your Today screen).
