I keep getting a message on the first sync when I first hook up my PPC (subsequent syncs are fine) that tells me "No disk in drive" and the title of the dialog is WCESCOMM.

Any insights? It's not a problem, per se, but it's really fricking annoying.

Are you running any kind of firewall software? I had this problem a while ago and I think it was Zone Alarm causing the issue.

Nope... On neither machine...

And when I put a CD in, problem solved.
