It’s seem 2755 is cheaper than 2750.

The different numbering is for how its sold - retail or business channels. Otherwise, they're identical. There might be some differences in terms of the accessories though.

Its not that 2755 is cheaper than 2750(its a co-incidence). As hishamh pointed out, the last digit shows whether it is sold through retail or business channels.

I asked a similar question when I purchased my 4155. There was also a 4150 and I used the same wording for my question as you did. Both hishamh and pocketpcadmirer gave you correct answers; however, I received a snide remark indicating the difference is 5.

Actually I think it has to do with Canada and the US, ...for instance, we have 2790--2490..2190...we dont' have the numbers inbetween...something like that..

I hope you didn't take that reply (from whomever) as a mean comment. That's kind of a "running joke" with some people, due largely to the proliferation of model numbers that can be pretty confusing. :)

No - it's just the channel you get it from - if you bought directly from HP, for example, you'd probably be gettinga 2495, while purchasing from a computer store would probably get you a 2490, since the latter's being sold through retail/consumer channels.
