Nuh-uh. It's powered by an Intel PXA272 520MHz processor and Windows Mobile 2003 Second Edition, and features a 3.5" QVGA TFT-LCD, 64MB RAM, 64MB ROM, and Bluetooth connectivity. They say it's designed specifically for VoIP (courtesy of Skype), but you can do just about anything with it (except stick it in your pocket - well, now, don't use that as an excuse to prove us wrong).
