Now, Handheld Learning has posted a datasheet of both the T810 and T830, which you can download from here (PDF).

To summarise, the T800 has an Intel PXA270 416 MHz processor, 64MB RAM, 128MB ROM, GSM (900/1800/1900MHz) and UMTS (2100MHz) support, integrated GPS (SiRF GCS3F), 802.11b/g Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.0, a 2-megapixel auto-focus camera (T830 only; video telephony uses VGA - 640 x 480), a QWERTY keyboard (with a 5-way D-pad, 3-way jog dial, and 2 application buttons), a 2.4" 240 x 240 65K-colour square-screen TFT-LCD, a 1500mAh Li-Ion battery, an SDIO/SD/MMC slot, USB 2.0 (host and slave), and Windows Mobile 5.0. Saw this this morning. I guess this makes the rumored specs official.
I have to say that it looks really good, it's a pitty that the screen is only 240x240 and the size/weight is also a bit more than expected especially compared to other small Phone Editions.

A very tempting spec. I particularly like the built in GPS. :D

Now, can I live with the weight.....?

I guess the added weight covers the additional stuff - GPS, BT 2.0, USB Host 2.0 (assuming that is correct, it has to be additional to the in-built processor capability), 2 MP camera, UMTS radio etc. - that it has compared to the Treo. I'm assuming that being relatively slim and shallow will make up for the weight.

Now - if it were only 480 x 480 THEN I'd be interested.

For the specs on this device I think I can forgive the 240x240 screen. It is sad though that FS has near to no presence in my country... :(

This thing is almost perfect, I say "almost" because of the lack of FM radio.

I was set on the SE P990 until I saw this LOOX; now I am more inclined towards the Fujitsu, the GPS more than makes up for the radio. The only thing that makes me hesitate a little is the size: it is very compact considering all the specs, but in absolute [phone] terms it is rather large. But having owned the Qtek 9090 previously, I think I can live with it.

It was looking very good until I saw 240x240 screen at 2.4".

2.8 inches is barely enough on my PPC 6700.
