looking for software: notes for a production line

my company needs to purchase software for our quality control persons Pocket PC.

we need to take notes, based on a work order #

and record things like line speed, time on conveyor line, temperature of part etc.

does anyone know of any software that will let me take well organized notes like this?

For just taking notes, you can try PhatNotes from PhatWare.com. However, I think you need something more along the lines of a database to do the tracking that you describe. For that you can try SprintDB Pro or HanDbase. I would provide links, but l am on my PocketPc writing this post.
