Outlook sync problems

Not all of my appointments are showing up in Outlook on my pc. I have an e330 and just started trying to sync it with Outlook on my computer. (XP Home) It seems to be pretty random which appointments are in Outlook versus what is on my e330. Any ideas? I'm using Active Sync 3.8.

There are a couple of things you can check:

(1) In ActiveSync on the PC, go to Tools > Options > Calendar (Appointments) > Settings. By default, ActiveSync will synchronise the past two weeks worth of appointments and all future appointments. Try removing the limit and instead, let it synchronise all of your past appointments.

(2) In the same settings page, check to see you aren't filtering any appointment categories. If you want all appointments to appear on both your PC and Pocket PC, you should open up all categories for synchronisation.
