How do I retrieve business card info from memory chip

Lost power to my 1900 and lost all my contact info. I have transferred my contacts from my Apple G4 notebook onto a flash card, but how to I transfer said info from card to my contacts list in my Ipaq??

I think you need to use some sort of syncing software - The Missing Sync if you want to stick with the Mac, or see if you can import them into Outlook if you want to sync with Windows.
