I'm not 100% sure, but I recall Pocket Mini Golf 2 (http://www.clickgamer.com/moreinfo.htm?pid=2322) being compatible with VGA devices.

All the available PPC golf games are compatible with WM2003SE VGA devices. None of them, however, makes use of the VGA resolution. You may want to read http://pocketpcmag.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=18016 on them.
