hx2795 - Turns on when moved or put down on Desk

I have noticed lately that sometimes when I place my pda on the desk or if I close the casing I bought for it, the hx2795 turns on! The case does not touch the power button, I've confirmed that. My impression is that this device so crammed with stuff, that somehow it may be interfering with the power button. It is easily reproducible, so I've had to change the power setting to power off after a couple minutes.

My theory is that it the SD Card is pushing some component which makes the power switch toggle. Preliminary testing indicates that this may be the problem, but I'm still testing.

Wondering if anyone else is experiencing this problem. It's definitely not any service trying to connect to the Internet that may be running on my Ipaq for its too repeatable and consistent.

Well, do note that inserting an SD card turns many Pocket PCs on, so if your SD slot is a little flaky, that could trigger it.

SD or application button, either way it sounds like a hardware defect to me. :( I would consider calling HP if I can't figure out what's triggering it.
