It contains a Samsung S3C2440 300MHz processor, 64MB RAM, 128MB flash ROM, a 2.8" QVGA (240 x 320) screen, integrated GPS, an MMC/SD/SDIO slot, Bluetooth 1.2, 802.11b Wi-Fi, and Windows Mobile 5.0. Other companies such as Dopod and Qtek have similar models in the market, but Cyberbank has gone one better by doubling the amount of RAM and flash ROM (usually, 32MB RAM and 64MB flash ROM). A press release (in Korean) can be found here.
