Could anyone help me out as i been going around in circles, ive had this working before but since the battery went flat on my ppc and i had to start a new active sync i cant sync my emails,
I only active sync so i can set replies to my emails when i have a spare moment and then get them sent soon as i connect back with my computer,
except now active sync on "updates folder hiearcy" (spelling?)

Contacts, task and calender all still sync and if i write an email on the ppc it still sync's and sends though outlook but my new arrived messages dont sync over? really frustrating lol

Any help grately apprechiated :)

1. Backup/sync all your data (for precautions sake)
2. Delete all your partnerships on both PPC and PC.
3. Remake a new partnership

how do i delete partnership on the ppc?

I just took out the battery so everything was put back to new, deleted partnership on pc but the same is happening again

To answer your first question, it requires a fairly simple registry hack. Just delete all the strings in the following locations:

HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows CE Services\Partners\P1
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows CE Services\Partners\P2

But to get back to your problem, since your PDA has been hard reset, it looks either Outlook or Activesync is the source. Have you thought about uninstalling and reinstalling the latter?

sorry to be dim but i cant find the two strings you told me to delete, where do i find it?

Tried reinstalling active sync but still no joy :(

The entries I gave are in the registry - if you're not comfortable editing that, then I suggest you don't try. In any case, the problem seems to be on your PC rather than on your PPC. BTW, are you sure you have a hard reset? Taking out the battery doesn't necessarily do that.
