Hi everyone - happy new year to you all.

I'm a subscriber on this site who has just bought himself a XDA Exec (Jasjar) upgrade!! At the same time I have paid to have a hosted exchange account so I can use my Exec to pick my email up out and about.

Included in those emails are the PPCT subscriber eblast which until now have been fine coming to me in html. However now that I am using my Exec for emails I need to change these emails to plain text.

When I go to change the setting on PPCT I get a 'URL not found' error, or something similar.

Can another subscriber check this for me please and see if they are getting the same? If so how do I report this formally so it can be resolved (unless one of the mods see this of cause and have a way to report it!).

Thanks,
Andrew

Well, the way to do it is to move your mouse over Subscribe, click on "Customize" then choose "Master Email Control" from the left-hand links. From there change the drop down from HTML to Text and click Update. I just did this and it worked for me. If this is what you're doing, let me know what error you've got and I'll check with our developer and on the server.

Jon.

Thanks Jon, that worked for me.

Just for info though if you click subscribe, select email blast, select customise your email blast here you get a 404 not found error.

Thanks again.
