The .NET Compact Framework 2.0 is a requirement, so grab it <a href="http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=9655156b-356b-4a2c-857c-e62f50ae9a55&DisplayLang=en">here</a> if you haven't already (note that Windows Mobile 5.0 does not have the .NET CF v2.0 installed by default). You might also want to read the <a href="http://www.dopplerradio.net/dopplermobile-beta-getting-started/">Getting Started guide</a> while all that is downloading. It's worth mentioning that the program only supports RSS, though ATOM support might be added in at a later stage.
