I believe something heavy was pressed against the screen. There do not appear to be any cracks, but it is unusable as is.
Otherwise the unit is in fine condition. It also comes with the original box, companion CD, AC adapter, cradle (not standard for the 1910) and a nice brown and green Vaja case.
I don't know what to ask for it, so please make an offer.
