WM5 & ActiveSync 4.1

Has anyone had problems with WM5 and ActiveSync? I have a Dell Axim X50v with Windows Mobile 5.0 and since I have been using it with ActiveSync 4.1, it never stops "connecting" or doesn't connect to the usual profile or other connection probelems...

Typhoon- I have an Ax x50v upgraded to WM5 and AS 4.1 and had the same issue. I used tha Activesync dummy server trick from Aximsite. If you go to AS setting and click on "Add server source.." and make up a server it will ungrey the " Schedule " option and let you change the schedule to manual. You can then delete the fake server. I've tried it and AS only syncs while in the cradle instead of all the time. I'm not too savvy but this has helped me a lot.

thanks. thats odd...the "add server source" menu option is gray. Any idea why?
