DATE and TIME LOCK...please

Gonna start working in an application for Win mobile 2003 SE.I have to use system clock for some fields in a formulary.

I would like to lnow if there is a way(easy or not) for not allowing the user of a pòcket pc with windows mobile 2003 , to modify the system Time and DATE.
Please let me know. I would be very glad.

Hope this is a vertical market app that is on company provided devices. Any app that locked my date and time control panel, wouldn't last very long on my PPC.
