Has anyone seen the HP hw 6715 out there yet? I have seen reviews on it, but cannot find it for sale anywhere.

Also, again.... have seen reviews on the Motorola Q. However, no pricing, no carrier information, etc. I am intrigued by the Motorola Q, but want to see if it may be picked up by Cingular for GSM. Also, have been warned by some people that the Q is another attempt by Motorola to get into the pocket pc market. Supposedly they have had many failed attempts at this in the past???

Have been told that HP has a good history in this market and should go for the hw6715 since HP is proven and Motorola is not.

Thoughts?

Here's (http://www.pocketpcthoughts.com/articles.php?action=expand,43176) a preview. To answer your question: No, it hasn't been released yet, and probably won't be until sometime next year.

The Motorola Q isn't even a Pocket PC. Oddly enough, it's a Smartphone. Motorola has had their fluctuating cycles of success and failure. Whether the Q puts them back on the road has yet to be seen.

HP makes great devices, but as of late, their support has been very iffy (lack of ROM updates, delayed upgrades, and so on). Having said that, the hw6715 is a very capable device, so you just might want to hold out for it if you're really interested.

Thanks for the information. I was under the impression that the Motorola was a pocket pc phone. Guess that answers my question - I will be holding out for the HP
