Sync Archive folders

Do Pocket PC Sync Archive folders? My Boss had her computer upgraded and her inbox was on the server but her archive folder was on the her in hard drive. Her Harddrive was formated.

Activesync does not sync personal folders, no. There are however some third party solutions that could achieve what you want. You can try a search on http://www.handango.com or http://www.pocketgear.com with "sync" as the search term.
