wheres it at? how come everyone has gotten it already and mine hasnt even had signs of shipping?

i doubt im going to upgrade anyway just because of all the compaints. but its nice to have it in hand

It could be anything - production delays, shipping delays. Your best bet would be to call Dell to get a definite answer.

Have you also tracked your order to see where it's at?

Perhaps the courier can't find "a city on a hill"?

Use their Order Support chat system. Chat system is usually more effecient than contacting them by phone. Honestly, I can hardly understand the representatives because of their heavy accent. :roll:
