The new ActivePrint x5 Service uses the power and versatility of email and SMS services to give users of PDA’s, mobile phones, and Blackberry devices the ability to print to their printers simply by sending an email.
Personal and Home Use
Print your pictures, your documents, your spreadsheets, print virtually anything from your email enabled PDA, mobile phone, or Blackberry devices. Simply send an email or SMS message to your own personal apx5.com email address to have it printed at your home or your office.
Business Use
Have an office with multiple workstations and printers? Get an apx5.com email address for each of those workstations and send print jobs to any of them while you're in the field from your mobile device.
Low Cost
The ActivePrint x5 Service works similar to "pay as you go" mobile phone plans. Except here you buy bandwidth instead of talk time. This is the bandwidth that is used to get your print jobs from your mobile device to your printer. The bandwidth is sold in what are called ActivePrint x5 Blocks. ActivePrint x5 Blocks are as inexpensive as $5 (US Dollars) per 5 megabyte unit and don't expire for between 30 and 90 days (depending on the type of block you buy).
