Hi everyone,

Is there anyway to store all the mails on the storage card using the Pocket Outlook? Anyway, Pocket outlook seems to download ALL my mails when I sync to the server. It just keep downloading the ones I already deleted on the device.

Unfortunately you can't, not with Pocket Outlook anyway. It seems that it's possible with attachments though:

Thank you for replying. Well, now my major problem is that I have TONS of mail in my mailbox and I never bother to delete them. Pocket Outlook seems to be downloading everything again when I sync with the server. It takes SUPER long to download all of them. Also, it causes mail to pile up on my Pocket PC and I only want outlook to get unread mails. Any solutions? Thanks.

I've always moved e-mails out of inbox into seperate user folders in Outlook - it keeps things neater and I can more easily find a specific e-mail if I need to. You can also use Outlook rules to accomplish the same thing - it's a one time exercise, after which everything should be automatically taken out of your inbox. Can't activeysnc 4.0 limit the number of e-mails to sync? That option was available under 3.8.

Unfortunately, I don't sync my Pocket PC through the computer. I sync it directly to POP3 server using Wi-fi. So......

Anyway, thank you for your suggestions. :D

By default, nope. You can, however, easily archive mail to there and, with minimal manual work, find the mail you need.

Strange - if you delete mail from the Inbox of Messaging, upon the next connection, it'll instruct your online mailbox to delete them too.
