Pocket reference?

I am thinking of buy one (or both) of these very cool pocket reference books (my brother already had them)

Pocket Ref by Thomas J. Glover, ISBN# 1885071337

Quick-Ref Owners Manual by Randal Bell, ISBN# 0974452149

What I want to know is is there a Pocket PC (or any electronic) version? Either e-book or standalone interactive program?
