Hey Everyone,

I think I read a post on here a long time ago that explained how to use the XV6600 (or any Pocket PC with a built-in camera that also supported broadband speed...ie, Verizon EVDO or Sprint's broadband) as a webcamera. What I mean is being able to turn on the Pocket PC's camera, connect to the internet and then broadcast the images / video over the internet so other can see it LIVE TIME. I think there was a program called "Portrait" or something like that.

Does anyone know if what I am looking to do can be, or has been done?

Thanks!

Microsoft Portrait doesn't really support webcam functionality. Bear in mind that it's an old application with limited support and features. Also, did you check out the responses to the same question you asked earlier in the year?
