The Downloads forum (http://www.pocketpcthoughts.com/forums/viewforum.php?f=59) has a QVGA and VGA Pocket PC Thoughts skin on offer.

The unfortunate thing about Windows Media Player Mobile is the real lack of skins floating around. I hope to have one or two new ones out (QVGA and VGA) by the end of this year.
