 Dropped the IPAQ 2210 this morning, This time it has not recovered. I've tried hard-reset, but it just sits on the first screen showing 5% on the progress bar.

I dont' follow models at all - As I have been very happy with the 2210, and i have accessories, such as a key-board (plug-in type), the HP BT stereo headphones, and lots of power supplies in various places, I would be quite happy buying another 2210 this afternoon.

However, can people suggest some other similar models I should look at? I want to keep CF and SD, and the various accessories I have.

Alternatively - do you think the orginal one could be fixed?

Regards
Sandra

I put in the spare battery, and it came alive. :D

The last backup that ran successfully was 30 September....

Somehow the today screen had stopped showing the date of the last backup, and I hadn't noticed. Otherwise I would have had a more recent backup. I havne't lost data - (synchronise every day), but I have lost a lot of setup changes that I have made in the last two weeks.

For a new device get the Axim X51v. A little bit larger, but it has CF and SD as well as Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, 300 something total internal memory, Windows mobile 5.0, and a VGA screen. My 2215 is sitting next to my axim right now and I think its jealous.
