Not sure if this is the correct area to post this in, but I have a question concerning a HP iPAQ H3850.

My commander was having issues syncing with his desktop PC. I believe it was because he was using ActiveSync 3.5. I downloaded the update, installed it, and most of the time the sync application works fine. However, I've received this error a couple times since then:

"Cannot start communication with the desktop computer. Remote Networking could not start due to a critical error (error 1)."

Another problem I've been having is, when the iPAQ does sync, it will update everything except the inbox, which has the message "Requires attention" next to it. I go to resolve, and I get an error to unplug the iPAQ and then plug it back in. I was a little skeptical with this fix, and it didn't work.

The iPAQ an H3850, running Windows 2002 for pocket PC (I think, haven't found a way to tell for sure). The desktop I'm trying to sync with is using XP, along with Outlook 2003.

Anyone have any ideas?
