Going from IPAQ to x50

I just bought an x50 and I want to transfer my files from my IPAQ 3870. I have 2002 on my IPAQ. I do a backup every morning to my PC using ActiveSync and I have some programs on an SD card. What's the easiest way to move everything to my new Dell?

I haven't received the Mobile 5.0 upgrade CD yet.

Sync all your PIM information and files on the Ipaq. Create a new partnership with your X50. Sync all PIM to your X50. Open the folder on your desktop that contains the Ipaq's files. Copy everything in there and paste it into the new folder on your desktop containing the X50's files.

You will need to re-install all your programs. You can't restore a backup from a different device.
