Headphone controls

Just wondering if anybody uses or has used headphones with built in controls with a Pocket PC 2003 device. In the buttons/setting dialoge of Windows Media player I have noticed that there is a setting for "Headset Button 1" and "Headset Button 2", and have been wondering if this would work with any set of headphones with in-line controls -something like the iPod headphones.

Any comments/info appreciated.

I could be wrong, but I think those button controls are for bluetooth headsets.

Possibly, but then why would it appear in the settings for Windows Media player...?
