Software needed to transfer old Palm data to Outlook 2000

I've used a Palm (Sony Clie) for 5 years and would like to switch to Windows platform as there are so many new features around. But first I have to convert my Palm Desktop v3.5 data to sync with Outlook (I'm still using WinMe with Outlook 2000).
Can anyone suggest a workable & inexpensive program for synchronizing my old data to Outlook 2000? My next challenging decision is what PDA to buy!

CharlesPalms can sync through hotsync to outlook as well. Check your options. There is also Chapura pocket mirror
