Welcome to PPCT :)
There's a MS Duo -> CF converter; see for example http://reviews.cnet.com/Sony_Memory_Stick_Duo_Adapter_for_Compact_Flash_Slot___MSAC_MCF1N/4505-8898_7-30609421.html .
Note that most of the other sources (for example, http://www.expansys-usa.com/product.asp?code=107867 or http://shop.brando.com.hk/msduoadapterforcf.php ) seem to have sold out their stock (you may want to do a Google search for 'Sony Memory Stick Duo Adaptor for CF Slot'm, though).
Also see http://pocketpcmag.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=16623 for a discussion of this question.

If you have a way to plug the memory stick into your computer, you could just transfer the files to your PC first and then from the PC to the PDA.

Yup, but it won't work on-the-field when you, for example, want to review your Sony MS digicam photos (http://www.winmobiletech.com/PICVIEWERS/) without access to any kind of desktop computer.
Hi, I was wondering if any of you would also know about a microSD-to-miniSD (http://www.pocketpcthoughts.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=43392) adapter?
