flash enabled websites

I have imate jasjar and have installed flash6 plugin from macromedia but there are some sites that have flash enabled pages and popups that I can't see on my ppc while surfing the net over wifi on my jasjar ...can any1 tell me a slotion for this....

Could you post examples? It may be more complicated than simply flash.
